Before and After Your Appointment
Before treatment: Avoid blood-thinning medications such as aspirin, ibuprofen, and fish oil for 5 to 7 days prior if possible. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment. Come with a clean face.
After treatment: Remain upright for at least 4 hours following your appointment. Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours. Don’t rub or massage the treated areas for 24 hours. Avoid excessive heat such as saunas, hot yoga, and steam rooms for 24 hours.
