Drawing from her extensive nursing background, Laura brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company. Having obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner, MSN, she possesses a diverse range of experiences, with her true passion lying in Aesthetics. Laura specializes in full face rejuvenation. She is an aesthetic trainer and Med Spa Consultant, and was voted the Best Injector in Kansas City in 2022.
With an artistic eye, Laura has the ability to enhance your natural features, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and self-assured. At Luminare Aesthetics and Wellness, Laura envisions a space that illuminates your inner radiance. As a part owner of our Liberty location, the Director of Clinical Excellence and Education for providers at Luminare, Jen not only contributes to the success of our med spa but also ensures a high standard of care and ongoing education.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Jen values time with her husband and two girls. Her passion for organization, love of volleyball, and active lifestyle enrich both her personal and professional endeavors.

Meet Allie, a highly accomplished Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of medical experience. She holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and is ANCC-accredited in Functional Medicine, integrating advanced clinical science with a holistic, root-cause approach to modern wellness. Allie is also a member of The Menopause Society, bringing evidence-based expertise to women navigating perimenopause and menopause transitions.
Allie’s extensive background caring for critically and chronically ill patients, paired with her own 110-lb transformative weight loss journey, allows her to bring clinical precision, empathy, and real-world understanding to every client interaction.
At Luminare Aesthetics & Wellness, Allie serves as the Wellness Director and creator of The Luminare Method™, a podcast that talks about an integrated framework for metabolic therapy, hormone optimization, peptide science, and functional lab analysis to support long-term vitality, body composition, longevity, and whole-person wellness. She helps clients make informed decisions about nutrition, HRT, advanced peptide therapy, and regenerative treatments, crafting individualized plans that align with their physiology, goals, and lifestyle.
As a passionate Functional and Regenerative Medicine advocate, Allie’s clinical interests include metabolic health, hormone balancing, peptide-based longevity therapy, and regenerative aesthetics. Her aesthetic specialties include RF microneedling, laser resurfacing, and biostimulating injectables like Radiesse® — treatments that promote collagen, repair, and natural rejuvenation from within. (And yes, RF microneedling is her favorite!)
Outside the clinic, Allie loves spending time with her husband, family, and fur babies (especially her sweet nieces). She’s a dedicated Chiefs fan (long before winning), a loyal Duke basketball supporter, and happiest when she’s moving, whether working out with friends, relaxing at the lake, or skiing in the mountains.

Meet Cassidy, she has extensive background in Microblading and is confident she can give every client the brows of their dreams. Cassidy has a background in esthetics which gives her the knowledge to assess each client’s skin type and determine which microblading technique will work best for their individual needs.
After an appointment with Cassidy, she hopes you leave saying “Why didn’t I do this sooner?!” One of Cassidy’s favorite things about her profession is making personal connections and sharing life stories with her clients.
In her free time, Cassidy enjoys traveling and has a love for animals.

Mariah is a licensed aesthetician who has been practicing since July 2023. She began aesthetics school straight out of high school, driven by a lifelong love for all things beauty. As a self proclaimed girly girl, Mariah has always been passionate about skincare and self care, which naturally led her into the aesthetics industry. She enjoys working with a wide range of treatments, with a special love for facials, laser hair removal, brows, and lashes.
Mariah’s approach to skincare is centered around creating a space where clients feel heard and comfortable — whether they’re coming in for relaxation, results, or a little bit of both.
